Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Sportcert. By creating an account or enrolling in a certification you agree to them. Please read the sections on assessment conduct and refunds carefully.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
2. Enrollment and access
Enrollment grants you access to the course content for that certification. Access does not expire, but we may update or replace course material over time.
Course content is licensed to you for personal study. You may not redistribute, resell or publish lesson material, datasets or assessment questions.
3. Assessment conduct
Quizzes and examinations must be completed by you, unaided. Sharing questions or answers, using another person to sit an assessment, or attempting to circumvent timing or attempt limits is prohibited.
Final examinations are limited to the number of attempts stated on the course. Abandoning an attempt in progress consumes that attempt.
Where we find evidence of misconduct we may void a result, revoke an issued certificate and close the account. Revoked certificates are marked as such on the public verification page.
4. Certificates
A certificate is issued automatically once you meet the passing requirement. It records the certification, level, score and issue date, and carries a unique ID.
A certificate confirms that you completed and passed a Sportcert assessment. It is not a licence, an academic qualification, or a guarantee of employment.
5. Payments and refunds
Certifications are purchased individually. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes.
You may request a refund within the period stated at checkout, provided you have not started the final examination for that certification.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; material changes will be notified to registered users.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the certification in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sportcert is established. Insert the applicable jurisdiction before publication.
